FAQ
For group classes, we have one makeup class per six-week session, which is usually done at the end of the session. So if things get a little wacky at home and you miss a lesson, we'll be happy to catch the artist up to his/her classmates.
For private lessons, we ask for at least a 4 hour notice or as soon as you can possibly let us know. There is a full class charge for a "no show" (no call, no notice).
Epic- Yes! Just provide the child's epic number on our registration sheet and we'll be happy to provide lessons! However if the money does run out and there's a remaining fee we do require that payment from the parents.
Vouchers- Yes again! Please bring the voucher to the first class filled out with your address and signature.
Our private classes are student-led, so whatever the artist is interested in. We can explore acrylic paints, watercolor still-lifes, sculpting food with oven-bake clay, building castles with cardboard boxes and a healthy dose of hot glue and so much more! We are only limited by the students' creativity and our supplies, though we can get supplies for a specialized project for a supply fee depending on the project.
If you are looking for something more structured, we do that too. We have homeschool students who come to learn art history, techniques and more. Just let us know what you want to learn and we will do our best to teach it (even if we have to learn it ourselves).
